COTON-IN-THE-ELMS  PARISH  COUNCIL

 

Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 26th March 2018, at Coton-in-the-Elms Community Centre.

 

Present

 

Councillors Mrs K Bradford [Chairman], Mrs S Campion, M Kinson, A Lees [Vice-Chairman] and MJ Mason.

 

District Councillor Mrs E Hall was also in attendance.

 

Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Mrs C Bradford and District Councillor            P Murray

 

Mr PG Davies, the Parish Clerk, was also present.

 

  1. MINUTES

 

resolved

 

That the minutes of the meeting held on 27th March 2017, be approved and signed as a correct record.

 

There were no matters arising.

 

  1. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

 

The Chairman presented her report, a copy of which is attached to these minutes.

 

  1. REPORT OF DISTRICT COUNCILLOR

 

Councillor Mrs Hall, in thanking the Parish Council for its support, advised that she would not be standing for re-election in 2019 as she and her family would be moving to Buckingham.

 

The Chairman and Members of the Parish Council extended to Councillor Mrs Hall their very best wishes for the future.

The County Councillor was not present at the meeting.
